How is a minute counted?
Calls are billed per second, then priced at the per-minute rate. A 90-second call costs one and a half minutes.What is the platform fee per minute?
It covers everything that runs the call on the Tried platform: hearing the caller, knowing when they have finished speaking, recording and the summary afterwards. It is the same 8c per minute whichever model and voice you choose.What about phone call charges?
We don't charge for the phone line. You keep your own numbers and your phone company bills the call as it does today.How many calls can run at once?
Every workspace can run 20 calls at the same time. Each extra line is $12 per month. You can keep some lines free for incoming calls.Do you charge in AUD?
Yes. Every price is in Australian dollars, excluding GST. GST is added on your invoice.Is there a free trial?
