Recording storage you control

Choose how long call recordings are kept, and a round of fixes across billing, CRM sync and chat.

Privacy

  • Recordings are deleted 30 days after a call by default. The call, transcript and summary stay.
  • Keep recordings for 90 days, 180 days, 1 year or 2 years from Settings, Security

Fixes

  • CRM sync now updates an existing contact with the same phone number instead of adding a new one
  • Paid top-ups are added to your credit straight away
  • Chat agents now send their closing message when an idle chat ends
